Type and Appearance
This is a plate-type tofu press and it comes with two white plates made of plastic. There are two screws holding together the two plates which help to squeeze water out of the tofu brick by applying pressure. Ease of Use

You can control the pressure applied to achieve the desired level of firmness in your tofu brick. The tofu will be ready for seasoning in 15 minutes to 45 minutes.
